CC Candles Products are made in compliance with General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) 2005, ensuring that they are safe for use and they do not pose a risk to health and safety. Also, they comply with Classification, Labelling, and Packaging (CLP) Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, which aligns with hazard symbols, signal words and precautionary statements.

Why Using Soy & Beeswax Instead of Paraffin Wax

At CC Candles, we are committed to creating high-quality, eco-friendly candles that are safer for you and the environment. That’s why we use 100% natural soy and beeswax, rather than paraffin wax, which contains petroleum byproducts.

Cleaner Burn – Soy and beeswax burn without releasing harmful toxins or excessive soot, unlike paraffin-based candles.
Longer Lasting – These natural waxes burn more slowly and evenly, giving you more hours of enjoyment.
Better for Your Health – Free from paraffin-derived pollutants, our candles provide a cleaner indoor air quality.
Sustainable Choice – Soy and beeswax are biodegradable and renewable, making them environmentally responsible alternatives.

Fragrance & Performance

We use high-quality, non-toxic fragrance oils and essential oils for a natural and long-lasting scent experience. Unlike synthetic candles, our handmade creations provide a gentle yet consistent aroma without overwhelming your space.

For best results:

Place candles in rooms with good airflow to allow the fragrance to disperse effectively.
Allow the melt pool to reach the edges on the first burn to ensure even fragrance distribution.
To refresh the scent, gently swirl the melted wax before extinguishing the flame.

Note: Pay attention to any allergenic ingredients. Although non-toxic, fragrances may still contain allergenic components that are outside of the legal labelling requirements. Due to regulations our allergen free fragrance oils are not considered allergen free for use in the EU.

Before Lighting

Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn to ensure a clean, even flame and prevent soot.
Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, flammable objects, children, and pets.
Allow the first burn to last 2-3 hours, or until the wax melts evenly across the surface, to prevent tunneling.

While Burning

Keep the wax pool free of debris to ensure a safe and even burn.
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time to preserve the candle’s quality.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.

After Extinguishing

Use a candle snuffer to put out the flame and minimize smoke.
Allow the wax to fully cool and solidify before relighting.
Store your candle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to maintain its fragrance and texture.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap when needed.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the resin’s finish.
Keep away from direct sunlight and excessive heat to prevent fading or warping.

Handling & Storage

Handle with care to avoid scratches or chips.
Store in a dry, shaded place to preserve its glossy finish.
If minor scratches appear, polish with a resin-safe cleaner to restore its shine.
