At CC Candles, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review our Delivery & Returns Policy before making a purchase.

1. Delivery Information

Processing & Shipping Times

Once the Orders are received and fully approved, they follow to be processed within 5-15 business days, depending on their complexity. If any items are in stock, orders processing will be shorter within 1-3 days.
Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship using UK shipping carriers.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight.

International Shipping

If case, we ship only to European countries.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, only based on evidence provided.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Please fully complete the Return Form including all information required.
We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Once we receive the returned item, a refund or replacement will be processed within 14 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized orders.
Used candles or resin jars.
Items not reported within the return timeframe.

3. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
