CC Candles - Product Return Form

To return certain products, please follow the steps below:

Read section 21 of the CC Candles Terms & Conditions to ensure that all return conditions are met.
Fill out the Return Form below (identification data must match those in the order) and wait for us to contact you.
If you have received confirmation that you meet the return conditions, please send the products via a courier company, without refund, to the address indicated by our colleagues in the response.
Send us the AWB number and the courier company with which you sent the products, to the email address info@cc-candles.com. Packages for which we have not been notified that they have been sent and those sent with refund will not be accepted.
After the products have reached us and been checked, you will be contacted regarding the progress and completion of this procedure.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging and accessories intact.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Opened candles cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Pack the product securely and include a printed copy of this form.
Ship the package to the return address provided in your confirmation email.
Once received, we will process your return and notify you via email.
